"%" Bug Fix

Fixed a bug in all known distributions where, when talking to Limbo, Renpy shows an error screen that displays the following:

"I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:

  File "game/script.rpy", line 4340, in script

    li "I've calculated that there's about a 36.8% chance that there will be

TypeError: %c requires int or char"

Replaced the symbol for percent with the word "percent" to remove the flag. : )
